Weekend Entrepreneur:

Learning to live the lifestyle of your dreams

By Michelle Anton
Eat, Drink and Be Merry… Fact or Fiction?

Hi Nordine!
Here’s my question… I am a busy entrepreneur and I would like to know what’s the real story on glasses of water per day? I’ve heard that it is best to drink 8 glasses of water to keep you healthy, but how many more above that to impact weight loss? Is there a formula? Also, is there a maximum limit per day?

Thanks,

Cheryl

    Cheryl,

I have heard that it’s based on your weight….I found this water intake calculator online. I’m not sure if it’s acuate or not.

    Dear Cheryl,

You should drink half your weight in oz. Caffeinate drinks don’t count.

If you weight 120 lbs drinks 60 oz. Water is also in fruits and meat.

    Mindfully your!
