Dear Nordine,
Here’s my question. I work out very rigorously 3 times a week and wanted to know if that is enough. I am in good health and my body is in pretty good shape.

Dear Christine,
Here is your answer:
Working out three times a week is great. If you feel that you can add other modalities of workouts such as Yoga or Pilates in your schedule you can, but I don’t recommend more than five times a week as your body needs enough recovery time.
