We are going through a major shift in our approach and stopping trying to be all things to all people. It is scary but the right thing to do. We cannot be great at everything! To this day our niche--to provide in-depth, not rudimentary background checks to employers--continues to serve us well. My sons now enjoy learning words from different languages when they "hang out" with me at our foreign language translation company. I fully believe that knowing only one language is like living in only one room in a castle. I'm hoping that my boys learn to love cultures, languages and business such as I do.
